  • I’m not here to fluff, buff, and send you on your way. I’m here to help with your pain, your posture, and your wellbeing. I work deeply and intentionally to release tension, improve alignment, and restore movement where it’s restricted.It’s therapeutic. Sometimes it’s intense. But I can always adjust the pressure and approach to make it right for you — just tell me what you need.

  • A credit card is required to hold your appointment, but you will not be charged until after your appointment.

  • I do not bill insurance, but I can accept HSA/FSA or provide a receipt for reimbursement if your plan allows it.

  • Yes. I have worked with fibromyalgia, migraines, TMJ, post-surgical recovery, and more. Just let me know what’s going on, and we’ll take it from there.

  • Prenatal massage is within my scope as a Texas licensed massage therapist. I do not hold a separate certification in prenatal massage, as there is no state certification for it and it is not the focus of my practice, but I have completed a continuing education course in prenatal massage and have experience working with prenatal clients.

  • Yes. I meet you where you are. Your comfort, boundaries, and consent are built into everything I do.

  • Yes. In addition to massage therapy, I’m hold a psychology degree with a specialization in substance abuse counseling, and bring a recovery-informed approach to my work. Whether you’re navigating sobriety, post-acute withdrawal, or the nervous system chaos that can follow long-term stress, you’re welcome here. No judgment. No pressure. Just support.

  • Yes. No judgment. No assumptions. All bodies, brains, and backgrounds are safe here.

  • I ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If something urgent comes up, just communicate with me, I’m human too, however No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a 50% fee.
