I’m not here to fluff, buff, and send you on your way. I’m here to help with your pain, your posture, and your wellbeing. I work deeply and intentionally to release tension, improve alignment, and restore movement where it’s restricted. It’s therapeutic. Sometimes it’s intense. But I can always adjust the pressure and approach to make it right for you — just tell me what you need.

Prenatal massage is within my scope as a Texas licensed massage therapist. I do not hold a separate certification in prenatal massage, as there is no state certification for it and it is not the focus of my practice, but I have completed a continuing education course in prenatal massage and have experience working with prenatal clients.

It was the best massage I’ve ever had!
Best time of the month is when I go in for my massage with Sadie. She's great at working out those kinks and if you just want a relaxing massage, she'll do that too. If anyone is looking for a great long term masseuse, I highly recommend going to her.
Sadie has a nice, quiet place. Her massage is perfect for me. I asked for a relaxing massage, but she still applied just the right amount of pressure to make it therapeutic, too. I love her style!
